From Elementary to Rising Star
We are delighted to announce that Miri Watson, Service Management Apprentice at Alphabet (GB), has been highly commended in this year’s FN50 Customer Service Awards.
Miri was a standout nomination in the Rising Star category announced at Bauer Media’s FN50 Dinner at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in London on 6 November 2024.
Since joining Alphabet, Miri has made a remarkable impact during her first year as an apprentice. Her bright and engaging personality, combined with her fresh thinking, has delivered an abundance of new ideas and a collaborative approach when communicating and delivering leasing services for our customers.
Working across both the service management and marketing teams, Miri has already amassed huge respect among her peers through her ability to think laterally and simplify often complex processes to help shape and implement positive change.
