The "Alphabet app" is available in 13 European countries, including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. 

Multiple services are available. When it comes to vehicle and contract management, you can access contract details, get a digital insurance card and sort fine management. Servicing and maintenance features include booking services, damage reporting, local fuel and tyre shop location, plus charging points. The mileage and fuel services section includes mileage tracking and fuel and charging management. Finally, emergency features include an SOS hotline and a daily light commercial vehicle safety checklist. 

Yes, the Alphabet app is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can find and download it from the respective app stores.
