Alphabet named Leasing Company of the Year

28 January 2025, Farnborough, UK: Alphabet (GB), a leading provider of fleet mobility, has won the coveted title of 2024 Leasing Company of the Year at Fleet Procure’s fifth annual conference and awards event in London on 23 January.

Held at Puttshack in Shepherd’s Bush, this year’s FP Awards welcomed 240 guests from brokers, dealers, OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) and financial providers to recognise and celebrate the achievements of automotive providers. It was the single largest gathering of industry professionals since the procurement technologist’s awards began in 2020.

Alphabet received the title of 2024 Leasing Company of the Year, surpassing competitors such as Lex Autolease, Novuna Vehicle Solutions, Arval UK, and VWFS. The award is testament to the successful implementation and expansion of its Alphabet Partner programme, which was relaunched at the British Motor Museum on 20 June 2024. The programme aims to improve the experience for Alphabet's indirect customers through verified broker partners.

Our broker partners can also now use our advanced API (application programme interface) to align their CRM (customer relationship management) system with our smart management platform to make the customer and broker journeys seamless.

“Consistency of service is key to maintaining a great working relationship, it’s one area that our brokers regularly comment on; knowing that they can always contact us. It adds another layer of reassurance to the partnership programme,” she added.

Unlike other leasing funder channels, Alphabet Partner offers a select group of brokers exclusive access to a range of BMW and MINI business pricing. This upholds the spirit of the programme and recognises high operating standards to help drive the best outcomes for customers.

Alphabet doubled its tactical business through the partnership channel over the past 12 months due to the strategic advantages and funding opportunities available, which proved hugely beneficial for broker partners. The success of the partner-led programme is expected to go from strength to strength in 2025, culminating in another big year for Alphabet, with several new products and platform enhancements on the horizon.
