Service release wheels and tyres
For all tyre services on Alphabet vehicles
Simply submit requests for cost coverage online
As a dealer, you can invoice servicing such as wheel changes, tyre replacements or wheel storage directly to Alphabet hassle-free if the service is included in our customer’s contract. Costs of CHF 500 or more have to be released by us.
Wheel service release in two quick steps
Identification of the driver via contract number
Ask for the contract number on the customer’s Alphabet fuel/charging card. Alternatively, customers can find their contract number in the Alphabet app or can obtain it from their fleet manager.
Obtain authorisation
You will receive the required release from us quickly and easily – usually within a maximum of 60 minutes during business hours; for larger orders within three hours. Please indicate the release number you receive from us on the invoice.
We offer you two options for release:
- Release by e-mail: Send us your quote to: freigabe.ch@alphabet.ch
- Release by form: Enter your data directly using the release form below.
Please ensure that the quote includes the following details:
- Your sender address (company/branch, street, house number, postcode, town)
- Invoice address: Alphabet Fleet Management (Switzerland) Ltd, Industriestrasse 20, CH-8157 Dielsdorf
- Name and contract number of the customer (see Alphabet fuel/charging card)
- Licence plate, chassis number and current mileage of the vehicle
- Itemised list of all invoice items
