Since March 1, 2019, companies who wish to do so can offer their employees who are entitled to a company car a mobility budget. The government hopes to achieve several objectives with the mobility budget. On the one hand, it wants to reduce traffic jams by making commuters enthusiastic for other solutions than the car, and on the other hand, alternative and more ecological forms of mobility are stimulated. All this without unnecessarily driving up costs for companies or employees.
As an employer, you can decide to introduce the mobility budget in your company. Employees can exchange their company car for a wide range of mobility solutions.

Mobility Budget App
We offer the various mobility services in pillar 2 through the user-friendly Mobility Budget App, allowing the employee more flexibility and less time to submit tickets or expense reports. By allocating part of the employee's mobility budget in Fleet Agent to pillar 2, this budget will be made available to the employee in the Mobility Budget App.
For the Mobility Budget App, we are partnering with Olympus Mobility. Olympus Mobility is the biggest player on the market. Thanks to our partnership, you will pay less for all kinds of mobility services.
What does the Mobility Budget App offer?
- Bike and car sharing (including Cambio, A Velo, Blue-bike, Mobit and Swapfiets)
- Public transportation (SNCB, De Lijn, STIB, TEC)
- Parking (4411 and NMBS parking lots)
- Route planner, mileage logging, mileage reimbursement request
In addition, your employees can also easily request reimbursement of expenses for other mobility services, not integrated in the app (e.g. Waterbus, Villo, Billy Bike,...) and other expenses that fit within the mobility budget (e.g. housing).
Besides the legal mobility budget, other types of budgets can be provided in the Mobility Budget App (private budget, business budget,...) and family members can also use the mobility budget via the app.
