WARSAW 11/07/2023 – The BMW Group strengthens the management team of Alphabet Polska and BMW Financial Services Polska, responsible for car financing services for companies and individual customers. These changes will allow for even better use of the synergy effect and expansion of the operational capabilities of both companies.
The new and mostly joint management team of Alphabet Polska and BMW Financial Services Polska is the implementation of the next stage of the strategy of tightening cooperation, aimed at combining the strongest sides of both companies and developing joint products. Almost a year ago, the positions of CEO and CFO at Alphabet Polska were taken, respectively, by George Belsis and Andreas Koser, who were already holding similar functions at BMW Financial Services Polska.
From July 2023, joint positions for both companies are also held by:
Mariusz Steć - Chief Operations Officer (COO) at BMW Financial Services Polska for over 11 years, now holds the same position at Alphabet Polska.
Adrian Kożuchowski was promoted to the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Alphabet Polska and BMW Financial Services Polska. Adrian has been associated with the BMW Group for over 13 years and gained professional experience, among others, as a Controlling Manager at BMW Financial Services Polska. For the last 2 years he has been the Project Lead responsible for the strategic development of the company and strengthening cooperation with Alphabet Polska.
Agata Stachaszewska returned to the Polish structures of the BMW Group for the newly created position of Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer. Agata was involved in the creation of Polish Alphabet structures in 2011, and for the last 8 years she has been developing her career at Alphabet International and Alphabet UK in strategic positions related to business development and marketing. She spent the last year at BMW Financial Services in Munich, working on a project implementing a new agency sales model in the BMW Group - BMW Future Sales Model Project.
Combining strengths
George Belsis, CEO of Alphabet Polska and BMW Financial Services Polska: “Combining strongest sides of two companies that have been among the leaders in their markets for years is excellent news for our clients - it is with their needs in mind, how we decided to use our joint and combined potential.”
Agata Stachaszewska, Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer: “Coming back to Poland after 8 years in the international structures of Alphabet and BMW Financial Services, I am extremely excited about the opportunity to use all the knowledge and experience I have gathered during this time. In a new role, on the domestic market and above all - within the combined organization. My focus is on the exchange of best practices, development of new tools, digitization and innovation - and I can't wait to see the effects of our new team's joint effort."
Together, but separately
Sales positions of both companies remain separate and Alphabet Polska will invariably specialize in long-term car rental services of all brands available on Polish market.
Krzysztof Zaremski was promoted from July this year to the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of BMW Financial Services. Krzysztof has been with the BMW Group since 2006, for the last 11 years managing Sales and Marketing within BMW Financial Services.
Piotr Wróbel has joined the Alphabet Polska team in June, taking the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). He has been associated with the Car Fleet Management (CFM) industry from the very beginning of his professional career and for the last 8 years he was responsible for sales at LeasePlan Polska as Head of Sales and then Commercial Director.
