Comfort Lease PLUS and Leasing PLUS. New products in the joint service of BMW Financial Services and Alphabet

A new BMW or MINI straight from the showroom and a fixed monthly fee including both financing and comprehensive vehicle service. Now, in the new joint services - Comfort Lease PLUS and Leasing PLUS - in addition to already popular service packages, customers can use additional services previously reserved mainly for car fleets.

BMW Financial Services Polska and Alphabet Polska Fleet Management, BMW Group companies specializing in financing and comprehensive vehicle services, have joined forces to offer their clients a new joint product. Comfort Lease PLUS and Leasing PLUS are services that have been designed based on the strengths of both companies. In practice, this means a minimum of formalities related to leasing a new car, combined with all aspects of its maintenance, all within one fixed monthly installment. 

“Comfort Lease PLUS and Leasing PLUS are services that include financing from BMW Financial Services combined with maintenance and additional services provided by Alphabet,” says George Belsis, CEO of BMW Financial Services and Alphabet Polska. “They include, among others: seasonal replacement and storage of wheels, claims handling and assistance. The offer, previously addressed to entrepreneurs, has been recently made available also to individual customers. In the case of companies, the range of available services additionally includes fuel cards, enabling the purchase of fuel with deferred payment and one collective invoice per month.”

A common product in response to growing market expectations

The idea behind the creation of Comfort Lease PLUS and Leasing PLUS was to meet the expectations of customers who attach increasing importance to the convenience, comfort and safety of everyday car operation. The customer completes all formalities - from choosing a car to deciding on financing and the scope of the additional service package - in one place, at the dealership, as part of the one-stop-shop service.

“Comfort Lease PLUS and Leasing PLUS are services available in all BMW and MINI showrooms. They include comprehensive care of the vehicle throughout the entire leasing period and via one telephone number for maximum user convenience - says George Belsis, CEO of BMW Financial Services and Alphabet Polska. The repair package included in a fixed installment ensures a constant price and stability of servicing costs. All repairs are performed only at authorized services.”

Flexible financing in PLUS services allows the customer to adjust the contract period and provide a non-linear repayment schedule. Each user also gains access to the Customer Portal containing all the necessary information about the contract, documents and attachments, as well as ongoing communication.

"It is worth noting that by choosing Comfort Lease PLUS or Leasing PLUS, each entrepreneur also has the opportunity to include the costs of car insurance in the same installment and gains access to fuel cards, which not only facilitate the current operation of the vehicle, but also limit the number of invoices to be settled” - adds George Belsis, CEO of BMW Financial Services and Alphabet Polska. “Fuel cards enable the fuel purchase and electric car charging, as well as other purchases at gas stations or toll fees on motorways. The service covers both - domestic (Orlen) and European (Shell and BP) cards - and once a month the customer receives a summary of all payments made by their fuel card or cards on one invoice”

The establishment of a new joint product by BMW Financial Services Polska and Alphabet Polska is the next stage of the integration process of both companies, which was initiated in the middle of last year. The introduction of joint products - Comfort Lease PLUS and Leasing PLUS - will allow for even better use of the synergy effect and expansion of the operational capabilities of both companies. And all this in line with the motto: All in. Simply smart.
