The all electric Fiat 500 wins Auto Express Best City Car

The New Fiat 500 has picked up another award win in the UK, being crowned, ‘City Car of the Year’ at the annual Auto Express awards, for the second year in a row.

Judges praised the car for its unparalleled range and affordability, along with its updated technology and exceptional finish. Made up of multiple trim levels – Action, Icon and La Prima, – the New 500 range was recognised by experts at Auto Express as well as being great value for money, stylish and having fantastic real world range.

The New Fiat 500 is the first fully-electric model in Fiat history and boasts a range of best-in-class features such as Level 2 Autonomous Driving technologies and a substantial driving range of up to 199 miles (WLTP) – the longest range of any electric city car on the market today.

New 500 benefits from a variety of battery options and 85kW fast charging, which enables the battery to reach 80 percent range in just 35 minutes. The car also has three driving modes to choose from; Normal, Range and Sherpa, designed to enhance the driving experience and manage energy efficiency.
